1 squid, cut into medium rings
A pinch of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons flour
Salt and black pepper to the taste
ΒΌ cup fish stock
1 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons mayo
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce


1. Season squid rings with salt, pepper and cayenne and put them in your
Slow cooker.

2. Add flour, stock, lemon juice and sriracha sauce, toss, cover and cook
on High for 2 hour and 20 minutes.

3. Add mayo, toss, divide between plates and serve.
