8 ounces calamari, cut into medium rings
7 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons avocado, chopped
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 lemon slices
Salt and black pepper to the taste
½ teaspoon turmeric powder


1. In your Slow cooker, mix calamari with flour, oil, tomato paste, mayo,
Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, lemon slices, salt, pepper and
turmeric, cover and cook on High for 2 hours.

2. Add shrimp, cover and cook on High for 30 minutes more.

3. Divide between plates and serve.
