2 pounds clams, scrubbed
3 ounces pancetta
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bottle infused cider
Salt and black pepper to the taste
Juice of ½ lemon
1 small green apple, chopped
2 thyme springs, chopped


1. Heat up a pan with the oil over medium-high heat, add pancetta, brown
for 3 minutes and transfer to your Slow cooker.

2. Add butter, garlic, salt, pepper, shallot, cider, clams, thyme, lemon juice
and apple, cover and cook on High for 2 hours.

3. Divide everything into bowls and serve.
