Ingredients:


2 medium salmon fillets, boneless
Salt and black pepper to the taste
1 shallot, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 big lemon, peeled and cut into wedges
¼ cup olive oil+ 1 teaspoon
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped


Directions:


1. Brush salmon fillets with the olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper,
put in your Slow cooker, add shallot and lemon juice, cover and cook
on High for 2 hours.

2. Shed salmon and divide into 2 bowls.

3. Add lemon segments to your Slow cooker, also add ¼ cup oil and
parsley and whisk well.

4. Divide this mix over salmon, toss and serve.
