1 cup flour
3 egg whites, whisked
½ cup cocoa powder
½ cup sugar
1 and ½ teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips


1. In a bowl, mix sugar with flour, egg whites, cocoa powder, baking
powder, milk, oil, eggs, chocolate chips and vanilla extract and whisk
really well.

2. Pour this into your lined and greased Slow cooker and cook on Low for
2 hours.

3. Leave the cake aside to cool down, slice and serve.
