2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons sugar
4 ounces almond meal
ΒΌ cup coconut, shredded
Cooking spray

For the filling:

1 pound cream cheese
Zest of 1 lime
Juice from 1 lime
2 sachets lime jelly
2 cup hot water


1. In a bowl, mix coconut with almond meal, butter and sugar, stir well
and press on the bottom of your Slow cooker greased with cooking

2. Put the water in a bowl, add jelly sachets and stir until they dissolve.

3. Put cream cheese in a bowl, add jelly, lime juice and lime zest, blend
well and spread over your crust.

4. Cover the slow cooker, cook on High for 1 hour and then keep in the
fridge until you serve it.
