2 and ½ pounds chicken thighs and drumsticks
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
A pinch of red pepper flakes
Salt and black pepper to the taste
½ teaspoon ginger, ground
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 garlic clove, minced
½ cup warm water


1. In your blender mix peanut butter with water, soy sauce, salt, pepper,
pepper flakes, ginger, garlic and vinegar and blend well.

2. Pat dry chicken pieces, arrange them in your Slow cooker, cover and
cook on High for 4 hours.

3. Divide between plates and serve.
