Ingredients:


1 duck, cut into small chunks
Salt and black pepper to the taste
1 potato, cut into cubes
1-inch ginger root, sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 green onions, chopped
4 tablespoons sherry wine
ΒΌ cup water


Directions:


1. In your Slow cooker mix duck pieces with garlic, ginger, green onions,
soy sauce, sugar, wine, a pinch of salt, black pepper, potatoes and
water, stir, cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.

2. Divide between plates and serve right away,
