1 chicken, cut into medium pieces
Salt and black pepper to the taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon sweet paprika
½ teaspoon marjoram, dried
¼ cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons white vinegar
¼ cup apricot preserves
1 and ½ teaspoon ginger, grated
2 tablespoons honey


1. In your Slow cooker, mix chicken with salt, pepper, oil, paprika, wine,
marjoram, stock, vinegar, apricots preserves, ginger and honey, stir,
cover and cook on Low for 5 hours.

2. Divide between plates and serve.
