Ingredients:


1 teaspoon olive oil
¾ pound chicken livers
1 yellow onion, chopped
¼ cup tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoons capers
1 tablespoon butter
A pinch of salt and black pepper


Directions:


1. In your Slow cooker, mix oil with chicken livers, onion, tomato sauce,
bay leaf, capers, butter, salt and pepper, stir, cover and cook on High
for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

2. Divide between plates and serve
